A Starship for Ants (GMTK 2024)

Shrink and embiggen your starship in this vertical shmup roguelite. Collect powerups that only work at certain scales and try to get a high score!

Controls

• Arrow keys - move your ship around
• A and D - shrink and embiggen
• W - fire homing missiles (if SPECIAL meter is full)
• Space Bar - pew pew pew!

Tips

• Damaging enemy ships increases your SPECIAL meter, and also extends the timer on combos
• Keep an eye out for shield refills - but you’ll have to blast them open first
• The Windows version features particle effects that I can’t get to work in HTML5 🤔
